Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When you book with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Because our practitioners are self-employed, late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) leave us with little time to fill the vacancy, resulting in a loss of income that impacts our ability to provide quality care.

Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the session.

Please note that our Ozone and Hyperbaric Oxygen therapies are located in our first-story therapy rooms, which are accessed via a flight of stairs. Please consider this when booking these specific services.
