Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna + Kiva Ice Bath
Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna
Experience deep-tissue restoration with Full Spectrum Infrared therapy at Radiant Health Centre. Support detoxification, skin health, and muscle recovery today.
Our Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna utilises near, mid, and far-infrared wavelengths to provide a comprehensive, deeply restorative heat therapy. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared light penetrates the body’s tissues at a cellular level, encouraging a more profound physiological response at lower, more comfortable temperatures.
Near-Infrared: Supports skin health, cellular renewal, and topical wound healing.
Mid-Infrared: Aids in reducing inflammation, relieving muscle aches, and improving circulation.
Far-Infrared: Assists the body in deep-tissue detoxification and metabolic support.
This therapy is an excellent tool for those looking to manage stress, enhance detoxification, or simply bring the body back into a state of relaxed balance.

Kiva Ice Bath
Optimise recovery and mental clarity with the Kiva Ice Bath. Harness the power of cold-water immersion to reduce inflammation and balance your nervous system. The Kiva Ice Bath is a powerful modality for those seeking to harness the benefits of cold-water immersion. Designed with an ergonomic "bath" shape for full-body submersion, this therapy triggers a "cold-shock" response that shifts the nervous system toward recovery and resilience.
Cold immersion is widely recognised for its ability to:
Reduce Inflammation: Assist in rapid recovery from physical exertion or injury.
Regulate the Nervous System: Improve stress tolerance and mental clarity by stimulating the vagus nerve.
Enhance Circulation: Boost lymphatic drainage and cardiovascular efficiency.
Whether used for athletic recovery or as a practice to build mental fortitude, the Kiva Ice Bath offers a crisp, invigorating path to homeostasis and vitality.

Terms & Conditions of Use
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and the longevity of our therapeutic equipment, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
-
Clients must arrive with skin free of body lotions, oils, perfumes, or fake tan. These substances compromise our water filtration systems and the organic materials of the sauna.
-
Hygiene Protocol: Please use the provided fresh towels to thoroughly wipe away all perspiration before transitioning from the Sauna to the Kiva Ice Bath.
-
What to Bring: Please bring a reusable water bottle to your session. We are pleased to provide Hydrogen Water for you to fill your bottle, ensuring your hydration is as restorative as your treatment.
-
Swimwear: Appropriate swimwear is required at all times while using the Hot & Cold Suite.
- Bring a Friend: Our Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna comfortably fits two people. You are welcome to share the experience and bring a friend along for an additional $20.
-
Post-Session Refresh: Upon finishing, enjoy a complimentary glass of chilled organic coconut water to naturally restore electrolytes.
- Shower Facilities: A shower is available if required, though we recommend letting your body temperature normalise naturally to maximise the metabolic benefit.
Contrast Therapy (The Hot & Cold Method)
To maximise the physiological benefits of switching between heat and cold, we suggest a possible sequence:
-
Step 1 (Heat): Spend 15–20 minutes in the Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna to induce a deep, detoxifying sweat.
-
Step 2 (Transition): Upon exiting the sauna, vigorously towel off all perspiration. Removing sweat before entering the cold water ensures your skin is clean and prevents salt and oils from entering the ice bath filtration system.
-
Step 3 (Cold): Immerse yourself in the Kiva Ice Bath for 1–3 minutes. Focus on steady, calm breathing.
-
Step 4 (Repeat): You may repeat this cycle 1 - 2 times. We recommend finishing your session on a "cold" note to close the pores, reduce inflammation, and invigorate the nervous system.
-
Step 5 (Finish): After your final plunge, simply towel dry. There is no need to shower immediately; allowing your body to return to its natural temperature on its own helps prolong the metabolic and circulatory benefits.

We prioritise your wellbeing. Please review these contraindications carefully. If you are unsure about a specific condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before your first visit.
